Never underestimate what someone would be willing to spend for aesthetics sake.

Not sure why anyone would want to buy a GTX 750 Ti that takes up the space of a full size card like the 780, part of the appeal of the x50 TI models it the performance in a small form factor like that. The cad is generally a cool running card as well with the stock cooling, there isn't really a need for a triple fan monster like that.

MSRP is $200. That eBay listing was almost $400.

I don't doubt it, but people pay silly amounts for aesthetics (white pcb, white casing, pretty rare combo). Didn't say that particular one wasn't stupid though.
