I play on my 24" (19001200 native) and was playing with native resolution untill now and I wanted to try with 4:3 (1024768 stretched). And I can say the heads and everything looks much bigger but what is bothering me is that the picture is not sharp as it was before. I understand well that it cant be ever that sharp as it was before.

So I am asking if there are any option in drivers or anything else to sharpen up my screen?

have two images just to compare:

There isn't, your monitor's native resolution will provide the best looking picture. That and by decreasing to such a lower resolution a lot of graphical fidelity will go away.

find a lower resolution that is the same aspect ratio (16:10) and that will make it much nicer most likely.
