gpu computing on the radio

I had to make a high speed blast to north carolina today, the local college radio station was playing a bit of a guy out at stanford and he was talking about how they were using the gpu's to compute instead of cpu's ,
I only heard a little of it, did anybody hear the whole thing?

Had to be talking about folding.

that's what I was thinking, but we got out of range before I could hear very much of the show.
