have a bit of a problem. I set all my settings in bios to optimised defaults, ran aida64 for 1hr turns out it was stable at around 40C on load at 3.2Ghz so I went into bios and did this ImageUploadedByOverclockers1419639698.381824.jpg and set voltages to 1.200 then saved and exited to windows, ran aida64 and cpu z, speccy. While tests where proceeding cpu z and speccy both stated that my cpu was running at 3.2Ghz (originals) but said cpu had vcore of 1.2 volts (like I set) and CPU z and speccy also stated the ratio clock was 32x. I disabled speedstep and left c States on auto. Please help ImageUploadedByOverclockers1419640131.581894.jpg ImageUploadedByOverclockers1419640176.250643.jpg

What clock speed are you shooting for? You should be able to achieve 4.5 on air with 1.45 give or take. Simply set the multiplier to 4.5 give her 1.45 and off you go.
