Cheap Video Card Needed for a MS-7297 MotherBoard. Recommendations?

Hi gang,

The onboard video for my wife's work computer went out and no signal is being sent to the Monitor. The CPU fan spins as well as the HD. I'm thinking I need to put in a new video card but I don't want to break the bank. What is the cheapest video card I can get that is compatible with this motherboard? The PC is used for strictly word processing and emails.

I *think* the MS-7297 was an oem board used in a few Dells and HP business machines. Is that what you have? If so, then the something like an X1300 such as this one *may* work...

Here is the tech spec sheet produced by HP

Page 4 has their recommended compatible GPUs for this pc (incl the x1300). All are cheap and all available on the net for just a few $!! Obviously, other GPUs may also work, just not confirmed by HP for compatibility on that mobo.
