I've tried entering the numbers in bios but they dont stick?? Soon as I type the 14 in it switches back to 12??

You don't want 14 any way. I would try 9-9-9-24 1.5-1.55v should work NP leave the rest on auto. I have that board so changing timings does work. Go into ram timings and set the desired number and hit enter afterward. That should work

Have set those ram timings now ram reads ddr 1680 now
