I'm building my first HTPC. Everything was installed and connected. No MB power, but get the LED light. Checked everything and still no MB power. To diagnose the problem I began disconnecting devices. I got to the HDs. I disconnected the SS drive and no power. I disconnect the WD and POWER. That is with no HD connected. I connect just the WD, no power. I connect just the SS POWER. So with the SS connected, every time i try to connect the WD I lose power. Why can I not connect both the HD? Am I missing something or do I have a bad WD HD? Estimated total system draw is 134W.

Nope. All I have is a laptop. I might be able to take it down to a computer store down the street and they can check it for me.
