Hi there, I'm new on this forum, and I have tried my 1st OC on my i5 660 @ 3.33GHz.

On the mother board startup logo it says I sucessfuly OC'd the i5 at 3.89GHZ, but in Windows 8.1 it says i'm @ 5.13GHz.. What do you think happened ?
I was affraid to kill my CPU so I have resseted all the setting to default, and I'm waiting for some good advices..

I'll post 2 pictures to explain myself.

Sorry if my english isn't good enough... Bye, have a nice day =)

First things first post up your build in your signature like mine is to give so insight as to what you have.

i think it has something to do with win8 and is one of the reasons why its banned from HWBOT because it does not read oc clocks correctly or something like that not 100% sure
