Hello! I Got a new FX-8320 and i have mugen 2 rev b, but for now i cant find the AM3+ kit to connect it. I have 2 questions -can i oc the 8320 to 4.3-4.5 with the mugen?
- can you suggest me a cooler under 50$ for this job?

I actually managed to find my Nepton 140XL for about $65 however I would suggest the 212 EVO also at that price range.

unforchantly the Nepton is out of my price range.
how is the 212evo compared to Mugen2,mugen4,Mugen max,Zalman performa or Hyper 412S ?
can i OC the FX to 4.5 with the 212evo ?

it will depend on a lot of factors, ambient temps, case air flow, how hot the chip runs etc... A Cm 212 Evo should be able to get it to 4.5 but there are no garuntees. Another option is picking up a used heatsink such as a Thermalright True 120 or Prolimatech Megahalems, both of which will outperform the Cm 212 and can usually be found on Ebay for less the 25.00 shipped.

If you are that concerned about competing products in the price range check out http://www.frostytech.com/ . They are a quite reliable source for heatsink reviews and comparison as far as I'm concerned.

I'm not from USA so the beautiful prices at newegg irrelevant for me... my case is the antec GX500 with 158mm max of CPU cooler height, but as i understand it have no problem to install the 212evo(159mm).
i will list you the coolers i can buy at 50$ price range and hopefully you suggest me which one to pick up.
the priority list is: noise level,cost-effectiveness and of course being able for 4.3-4.5 fx-8320 OC.
