Hello! :D

This is my first post so I hope I found the correct place to post this thread.
So I just bought an Lenovo with an AMD A8-6410 processor and it has AMD R5 Graphics.
The only problem I'm having right now is about the shades. :-/

Except playing a few games on it, I want to work in PS and AA so this is a bit of a nuissance.
I'll be waiting for responses.
Thank you! :salute:

What are we supposed to be seeing here?

A picture of a solid black screen would probably help more

I guess the picture didn't help since I am the only one that can see the missing shaders.
Any advice?

How can I explain it.... So the colours aren't coming smooth in some parts they appear like slices.

I'm assuming this is on the laptop screen?
Have you tried hooking to an external display?

I will try it on an external display and come back with a reply.
Even if it doesn't really help.

What this will do is let us know if it's the GPU or if it's just the laptop screen that's having issues :)

The shades come like rows or something I don't know how to explain.
Something like this:
\ \ \ \ \ \
You can see the different colored shades in pictures / videos / games etc.
I'm doing my best to explain but I might not get it right since english is not my mother language. :)

So instead of this: Vine_Egg.gif
you see this? Original_Dark_Green_egg.png

The shading isn't blended very well?

Pics, screenshots anything would help eh? :)
It sounds as if you are running in some low colour mode, like 256 or like 16bit colours :sly:

Can you post a screenshot of your resolution and display settings in Windows?

Well darn, that looks right to me... Was hoping it'd be an easy fix where the Colors were set to the wrong bit :/

I'm not sure what else to check for this. I'd be calling the manufacturer of the laptop, personally.

Well the laptop is 2 months old, I'm going to get it checked.
For now thanks for the help and the quick answers, I'll repost after I get a response. :D

Let's hope they can find a solution to this.
Like ATM said, nothing seem incorrect about your settings.
