Artifacts on Windows 8 but not on Windows 7

Latest Nvidia driver, 980GTX Superclock, runs fine on Windows 7, on Windows 8 within 30 minutes artifacts are gauranteed in games, sometimes alt tabbing fixes them sometimes it doesn't. Anyone any ideas why?

Anything showing up in the system log? Are you running any overclocking utilities in Windows 8?

Not that I can see in Event Viewer, been running Windows 7 perfectly all week. Only thing I can think of that I did some tweaks to reduce DPC latency but not sure what exactly I did, 2 or 3 things.

Its the drivers, I had a problem with Windows 8 as well, I changed over to use Tweakforce modified drivers and boom, no more artifacts.
