these two cards work fine as singles, as you can see crossfire is enabled but in heaven only one card is getting off it's lazy butt and drawing stuff on the screen, the other one thinks it's an innercity democrat.
other than offering it beer, cheetos and a joint, how do i wake its lazy butt up and get it to work

Does it work for any benchmarks/games/etc or not at all?

Have you tried driver wiping and reinstalling?

that is taken with heaven benchmark running, the score was lower than running either card as single, I will use display driver uninstaller and reinstall the driver again.
I had uninstalled it and reinstalled it after installing the second card.

got it crossfiring (misfiring?).
I had to remove ccc via control panel/programs and features, run displaydriver uninstaller from safe mode.
if the installer shows that you are trying to re install, you have not uninstalled, i was not sitting here through each uninstall and reinstall.
