Guys, well im using the K9 Web Protection its a good and free software
but my problem is, the site blocking it doesnt include some social networking sites like google+
before, it was working and you can just only access the mail feature of google,
but weeks after, maybe google updated,
when you open your mail, and click the "Name+" (shown in the upper right corner of the screen) google+ can be opened again.

need a little bit of help on blocking the Google+ feature
maybe also if there are some tips on how to tweak the windows to block the site.
would really appreciate it, tnx :salute:

not got a deal of time just now to read up but I just thought of an idea that others seem to have concluded in your situation. block google+ at router level :D

also add some tracking protection it kills Adds good... err and youtube videos :-/ but its easy to turn back off for a few minutes without the need to restart Internet Explorer just F5 and refresh the page :)

click the blue link and go wild :)

well I just had a quick look at the element that links to G+ in mail and the address is https://plus.google.com
have you specifically blocked that address as well?

edit: tried it myself at router level... didn't work.

neither did accounts.google.com

nope tried all variations... I can block google completely or nothing... no idea :)

there are guides to removing the google plus account from your services

http://www.addictivetips.com/web/how-to-remove-google-from-your-google-account/

quickest way to get to google+ for deletion is http://plus.google.com/downgrade

click in the check box at the bottom for remove selected service. then click remove selected service.

that's me out of suggestions if any OC savvy ninjas can step in :D
