I replaced my DDR3 1600MHz with some DDR3 1866Mhz. I set the memory to auto in my bios on the system in my sig. When I boot uip the memory shows as 1920Mhz. I have included a pic ffrom CPU-Z:

Is this the correct setup for this memory? It is 2x4GB sticks.
 
Your sticks show a timing of 9-10-9-28-37... set that manually.

You have AMD so you can't use the XMP profiles like you can in intell.

Have you raised your bus speed past 200 MHz? Not sure why its shows 959 instead of 933... or a lot closer to that value.
 
Looks like you've got a BCLK OC going. Can you post a picture of the CPU tab?
 
Yeah that's what I thought, also the XMP timings were throwing me off cause they look like the timings I should have. But I realize that's for Intel only.
 
What I would do is this...

Try setting the timings manually so they match and see if you are stable.
