Upgrading 7870 Tahiti (1440)

I currently run a solo 7870 tahiti and I have dual monitors. My main is a 1440P Xstar and my secondary is a Dell 1080P. I game on the 1440P.
Honestly the 7870 Tahiti does damn well in games for me but I want some more fps. The biggest example....I like to run GW2 in 1440 fullsize windowed and this causes a major fps hit. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it

What's the full system specs?
For 1440p I'd recommend a GTX 970.

+1 to the 970. I upgraded my 7970 to one after going 1440p and was a nice improvement.

Thanks for the suggestion! I can get you the full specs when I get back into town. I actually decided to just put the money I was going to spend on a video card into a new notebook since I am out of town more than I am at home.
