Memory is 4gb 1600mhz @ 9-9-9-24

The voltage may be a bit high, trying to see how far I can push it on 1.3v.

edit: just realized the screen doesn't show the load speeds.. I passed 10 runs of IBT at 4898mhz, 1.301v

That's pretty epic. Run P95 small FFT or blend (not the latest version) for 4-6 hours next. I think you should be pretty happy with 4.9 @ 1.3. That's really not bad.

Can you list all the bios changes you've made so we can make sure you haven't overvolted anything?

Everything looks good to me.
I would run longer on the stress test though, just to be sure.

Have not tried prime95 yet but I just ran 20 passes of IBT at "High" at this setting and passed with temps reaching 80c.

cpu multi --- 49x
cache multi --- 35x
cache voltage --- 1.2v
input voltage --- 1.9v

vcore of course at 1.3v

Is this a safe voltage to be continuing at? For heavy use ie. photoshop/gaming?

The thing that amazes me is how the temps are with a 212 Evo

Yep, all very safe

That said, once you know the cores are stable, OC the cache a bit.
