GAEMS M155 / other small monitors

Hey everyone, not sure if this should go in Displays section or Alternative modding... forgive me if it's in the wrong section

I'm looking at building a briefcase PC. I have been searching around on the forums and other websites for small gaming monitors, preferably 15-16 in.
So far my best luck has been the GAEMS M155 HDMI monitor (made for consoles, but It will work). It is small, thin, light, portable and will fit my
dimensions.
I mostly chose it because it is a gaming monitor so it will have a fast refresh rate, unlike other 15-16 in monitors I have seen.

There are many negative reviews for this monitor that say it has bad colors, no speakers (not problem), and suffers from startup issues with prolonged use.

Anyways, my question is if anyone knows of 15-16 in monitors that are thin, light, and will fit in a small briefcase.
The other small monitors I have seen either have slow refresh rates or are too thick and heavy.
