Need Assistance on Overclocking! New Here!

I am new here an noticed how welcoming and helpful everyone is an would like help on how to overclock my system.

I have:

AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1100T Processor.

I also have for video card, AMD Radeon R9 270x 200 series

I have 2 gigabytes of Patriot DDR3 Memory.

I am running on windows 8.1, please help me.
