Based on the title, is this possible? Basically I have 2 USB ports on an older case with 4 wires from each port...

VCC
Ground
D-
D+

Would be convenient to use them but it's not a deal breaker, any way to connect them into the MB?

Edited to add pic, does it matter which USB port I use for the loose wires?

VCC goes to +5, D+ goes to USB_PX+, D- goes to USB_PX-, and Ground goes to GND. The fifth pin isn't used, the NC means no connection, it does however, help with the orientation. If your ports have four free floating connectors, connect them to the header as previously described.
