It is safe to use Apple IPhone /Any smart phones with Internet capable to make PayPal transaction? This is the time I have been thinking about buying item and pay for it using my IPhone. For example I won a eBay auction bid yesterday for $1800 Canon EF-lens and I was not comfortable paying it with my iPhone. But when I got home and I paid for the item using home PC. Tell me what you think . Bruce

I pay for stuff from ebay using a smartphone all the time, but i use my HTC One M8 instead of an Iphone.
At long at you pay through Paypal, you should be ok, both Paypal and Ebay got you cover

As long as you're not logged into a public wifi network, you'll be fine.
