4Gb 1600mhz vs 16Gb 1333mhz

Hi all

I need some advice.

I currently have 4gb 1600mhz ram in my system
Would I notice any changes if I install 16gb 1333mhz instead?

I can get it for a very good price, and was wondering if it would be worth it.

I play games and do a lot of video/animation rendering.

My System is:
i5 3570 cpu
GTX 280 gpu
565 wat psu
