So I got a pretty stable 4.6, no errors in p95 or anything, but there's one small problem: my multiplier and voltage are just jumping around ramdomly.
I disabled the C6 and CnQ things. Should I be worried?

My specs are:
FX-6300 with an Enermax ETS-T40-TB
M5A97 LE R2.0 with a fan blowing on to the VRM
4+2gb 1600MHz DDR3
R9 280X on stock speeds
Cooler Master thunder 600W
Zalman R1 with a 120 and 80mm fan in front and 1 120mm on the top and behind.

How hot are the VRM's? Sounds like the motherboard is saving itself.

I have no idea, the mobo doesn't have an indicator for them. While not under 100% load the speeds are fine and voltage is a stable 1.416-1.428

You're likely pushing the motherboard just a bit too hard for it's liking. Drop the OC back to 4.5 and see if that still happens. I think it can't handle the current more so than the temps being the problem.
