Receiver question

Got the sub from parts-express.com

They're also an ohio company, so it was a nice next-day shipment for me, but I've heard good things overall about their customer service and prices.

Ok so here we go. I have not put this receiver to use yet, I have a Klipish 5.1 system that now has a problem. The front/right channel has stopped working. I have already had this sub/amp repaired twice so not going to pay again.
So what sound card if any available should I get that will have the connections I need to hook computer to this receiver??

Just run S/PDIF from your onboard to the receiver.

How do I do this? I want to use the 5.1 speakers.
