of the screws that go into a lga 775 heatsink bracket like this i ask because i am really disliking the push pins right about now and want to replace the push pins with this bracket ow i found the bracket on amazon but have yet to find the screw that go with it so any help would be appreciated or a link would be phenomenal.

Couldn't you just take the bracket to a hardware store and figure out what size threads it has?

I thought most computer screws were M4?

A lot are, but I've also seen UNC threads and M3 as well.

You're going to have to measure.
Thickness of the backplate, thickness of the motherboard, thickness from the motherboard to the top of the IHS, and thickness of the part of the heatsink where the screw goes through.

You'll also need spacers the thickness from the motherboard to the bottom of the IHS.
