[Einstein@Home] jump in power usage (CUDA)

i noticed a recent jump in power usage crunching 2 instances with CUDA.
normally my power usage was about 82%, but crunching 'Parkes PMPS XT' 1.52 'BRP6-cuda32-nv301' it jumped to 103-105%

i'm guessing they optimized the code a bit more? the GPU sitting at 97% leads me to believe it's maximizing throughput. :attn:
