23-24 inch glossy screen 1920x1080 monitor options for 2015 ?

Hello,
I'm looking for a 23.6-24" monitor with the following specs:

- glossy screen (no AR coating)
- IPS/PLS panel
- 1920x1080
- HDMI
- new models (2014+)
- No PWM (bonus option)

Seems like I'm not being too picky, but the only monitor with the above spec I could find so far is:

Dell S2340L
Dell S2440L
Dell S2415H

Can anyone suggest a monitor withinin the above spec range by other makers (notably HP, Samsung) ? Please don't limi your suggestions to "No PWM" models as I feel this would cut down the list, since it's hard to say which monitors are PWM free since the manufacturers don't clearly state it.

Not sure why you'd go with something besides the S2415H, honestly. Dell has some of the best (if not the best) panels on the market.
