Howdy there,
New comer here, and I would like to seek the advice of the community about some questions I had about waterloop setup. I'm re-doing my waterloop after my pump died on me, and I was curious about 2 things.
#1 - Does it matter if you setup your pump to push water up or down, or is it irrelevant?
What I mean by this is that obviously the GPU waterblock is below the CPU waterblock, does it mater if the pump output goes through the card first, and then the CPU? I'm wondering this not for heat because I understand that in a closed loop the heat will even out, but more about which option, if any, gives better flow performance?
#2 - Is the overall flow rate of a water loop determined by the component with the lowest flow rate?
I'm almost sure it is, but I can't really find anything about this specific subject so I was curious what you fine people could provide in terms of insight.
I hope I'm posting this in the right section, new comer here.
Thanks in advance,
