Exactly what I wrote in title.
MAXIMUS VII IMPACT VS Z97I-PLUS, which one would you all choose? And why?
I'm just trying to do research them about it for "someone".
I saw both or their features but not sure which one is better.

Impact will be better for memory overclocking but for everything else both will be about the same.

Agree, I have the the Plus, great board , great BIOS

Only way I would spring for the Impact is if I were taking it cold

Same difference for everyone except those that want to go cold really... grab the cheaper one.

What's the intended usage? My ASRock Z97e-ITX/ac has been rock solid.

I was just doing research among looking at the motherboards from ASUS.
Not that I have thought about building new computer.
