ThermalTake video - how it's made

This is interesting. It's a video of how a PC radiator is made by Thermaltake. I'm thinking it's representative of how any larger manufacturer makes them for the most part. In this particular scenario Thermaltake is presenting it as a marketing tool for their new radiator line. Just the same, pretty cool (pun intended).

Again, is that aluminum being used in the radiator internals where the fluid passes?

Looks that way ........ hatd to tell but it looks like the whole rad is aluminum

Thanks for the video. I was a little surprised to see how labour intensive the manufacturing process still is.

Most likely. Potentially nickel plated though.
