Even if Internet Explorer home page is a blank page...
Even if all IE Add-ons have been disabled... IE still tries to send data out of the computer on two separate occasions after being started.

I installed this program to try to capture where:
http://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler/fiddler4

and here is what it captured, can this screenshot help in determining why and where IE is connecting to, even though *nothing* is being done on IE after starting it with a blank home page?

well.
#6 = a bookmark/favicon
#7 = built in to IE to redirect to M$ if needed
Unsure of #8,9,13
-- 8 is referenced here (somewhat) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2312151 for livemeeting support
#10 I imagine to be the same as E7
#11,12 = certificate check to microsoft
#14,15 = IE Compatibility View list

Thank you. If all add-ons have been disabled, and there is no activity here, we are talking about starting IE and doing nothing, no home page or anything...

is it possible (other than through use of hard blocks in firewall software) to change IE settings in options or registry that would tell it *not* to be connecting regarding unnecessary services... for example, why is Microsoft Live Meeting service active and how can it be disabled...

On the other hand, I suppose that bookmark/favicon is for that little icon in the search box so that is necessary and completely understandable, this isn't about cutting off everything...
