Anyone know of a way to make Vsync settings different from the prototypical 60hz or is this just whats designed into games?

My main monitor runs at 75hz, so I would like to set it up to run like that if possible.

Try setting vsync in your driver settings instead of in-game and see if it does the trick?

This. Enable in the driver and disable in-game.
If you have the monitor OC'd through the driver it should match.

Whenever I try to set it to 75, it drops the resolution. The monitor reports "1920x1080" and "75hz".

Ill try an "overclock" and see if that sets it.
