Basically I want to use my delta's (ffb1212eh) in the front of my CM Storm Trooper case. I heard they will eventually burn out the header on your motherboard though. How can I have the psu supply the power and the motherboard adjust the speeds? I've been searching for adaptors but have come up short.

Edit: I think I found what I was looking for. Now the question is will it power two if the fans.

Sorry on mobile and don't know how to hotlink.

A quick search online shows those aren't PWM fans. That adapter will power them and report the RPM to the motherboard, but it will not allow you to regulate the speed in any way. You'll need a high wattage fan controller to control them manually (or automatically with temp probes or software if the fan controller allows), or you can get a smart rheobus fan controller to allow the motherboard to control speed with PWM
