Noob question about voltages in CPUID HWMONITOR

I am currently running a prime 95 stress test (Blend Mode) to make sure my overclock is stable it seems like the temps are ok however i want to make sure im looking at the right voltages should i be going off the VID Voltage or the CPU VCORE voltage? I have been going off the VID voltage which is around 1.27-1.29V am i looking at the correct thing?

What does CPUz read your CPU voltage as?
I've always used CPU vCore in HWMonitor.
