In real world cases how much of a difference does cas rating and speed make while say gaming, Photoshop or video rendering.
If I took 32gb of DDR3-2000 with a cas of 6 and 32gb of DDR3-1866 with a cas of 13 would there be any noticeable difference, and besides the speed and cas is there any other thing that impacts the performance of ram.
