Hello everyone,

This is my first water loop
360 ekwb PE rad and 240 PE rad powered by a d5 vario.

It's cooling

5930k and two 980gtx sc

On stock speeds

CPU idles at mid 20's.
GPU Idles at around 30-31

CPU Stressed low 40-42
Gpus 46 gpu 1 and 42 gpu 2

I oc'd my CPU to 4.5ghz at 1.28v STABLE My ram ram speed is 2660mhz, BC at 100
Idles at 39-42
max 71 stressed

I played Witcher 3 and got 65max temp.

I'm maybe thinking at doing a 4.5 hybrid oc by brining down two cores to 4.0 -4.2.

I want to keep temps closer to low 60's.

I haven't oc'd in a few hears....these new cpu's are game changers.

:)

What are your thougths.

Just overclock the snot out of it and keep CPU temps under 90C when stress testing, and the GPUs under their limit (around the same, see MSI AB and how it reports the cards temp goal).

IMO, no need to play games with this core and that core. You have enough rad to keep things cool and quiet. 65C or 60C is not worth any effort when these things start to throttle nearly 30C above that.

Thanks for the Input Earthdog. Just wanted to make sure that so far I was on the right path. I'll kick up another few notches and see what happens. This is my first time working with a loop.

I'll post results soons.

Thanks again.
