Xbone and PS4: comparable discrete GPU would be?

They both use Radeon GPUs. I'm sure someone else here will be able to tell you what's comparable on the PC platform.

Just because they're both Radeon doesn't mean they're the same GPU.
And, again, optimizations for consoles are a lot better than on PC so it isn't just "this is the equivalent".

I'd concur with this statement for GPU speed.
% is rough estimate
PS4 has faster GPU (15%) and faster Ram (GDDR5)
XBone has faster CPU (8%) but also has dedicated onboard eRAM on the GPU which is faster than the system share on PS4
Each to their own though on the console I have both and they have both ups and downs.
