I don't watch things too close, but will check my EOC page once in awhile to check for hiccups, and saw I just had a major one.

Look at the log and, dang, core 18 on linux now, and its killing me, failed units etc, its a real bummer considering the latest core 17 units were screamers.

Anybody else having problems with these new units?

Now that you brought it to my attention, I looked and found my GTX 970 folding a 9121 WU with Ubuntu 14.04. It appears to be a core 18. The F@H Web Control estimates the PPD to be 333,000. GTX 970 @ 1480MHz.

As I was writing this, the 9121 finished and the GPU started a 9119; also a core 18. Web Control estimates 357,000 PPD.

These estimates are similar to what I was getting for core 17 WUs.
