Can I overclock these

I was just wondering i have a H57D02 and a i3 550. Is it possible to overclock these and if so how? I know these are both very ****y thats why I want to overclock it. Im planing on geting a new motherboards and cpu so i basicly said **** it and if decided to just destroy this thing by geting the most out of it until my other **** arives. Parden my spelling, im a little autistic.

If this motherboard comes out of a mass produced computer like Dell, HP, Gateway, Acer, etc. the chances or slim to none that the bios has any overclocking controls.

That board looks like it's from an Acer Aspire. Trents is correct. It is an oem board, so there is almost no chance of overclocking.
