Hello everyone i will be watercooling my 5930K and 2-3 980 Tis i will have a 560+480+360=1400mm of rad space and if i want maybe add a 280 for fun. As you can see i have PLENTY of rad space and i will have at least 12 fans in my loop. So i would like some quiet fans i was going to do 140mm Corsair quiet edition fans. But i do not know what do you guys think i want some quiet fans and they will probably run low RPMs. I know i will be spending at least $300 on fans so i want to make sure i get it right the first time :p. So what fans do you guys recommend for me?

For budget fans, Yate Loon. They have some low RPM fans that a lot of people swear by.

For great fans, Noctua.
Get PWM if you go this route and control all the speeds via temp.

For rads, go AP15's. They are essentially the top of the hill with Noiseblocker eLoop B12 as the next best thing to Scythe GentleTyphoon AP series.

 Just to clarify, they are AP-53s now. I still like the look and reviews on the Noiseblockers eLoop B12s over all the fans.

I've gotta get used to that whole Scythe/Nidec debacle :p

Just for clarification purposes, I've been using the GentleTyphoons in my main loop and NB eLoop B12's in another machine and they have been as fantastic as the Scythe units for rad fans. Highly recommend either for a good rad fan(s).

I was hopeing for 140mm fans but those fo look nice i am overseas and can not find these fans on performance pc or amazon or newegg.. i am APO so its hard to get stuff

Looks like performance PC will be selling those gentle typhoons next week i will have to see if they are cheaper there before i buy :p

EK Vardars in 140mm and extended range 120mm will be available very soon. Probably impossible to find quieter and more effective fans for use on radiators given the time and money EK spent on the development of them.

At low speeds most fans are very quiet though, and its only at higher speeds that high quality fans really make a big difference.

GT's caqn't be beat depending on price. These days quality PWM is the way to go.

That said I wouldn't by a fan till the true tested specs come out. EK has to balance price vs testing costs. We don't know yet.
Jakusonfire, what has EK spent on testing and development costs? Do you know? How do we measure a Internet post about doing that? And the quantifiable results of research vs final product? Reading/buying magic 'this is the best' announcements is like buying land in a swamp.

That said, I think the EK fans will be pretty good, we will have to see.

I checked out some reviews over the fans he mentioned, color me impressed. Would still have loved to see Martin's testing on the Vardars.

Just from what I have read, and from pms with employees, they hired a specialist engineer and spent well over a year working on them. It was no doubt made more complicated and expensive because they are designed to work best mounted to a radiator.

Unless something stupid happened in the past couple years, newegg definitely ships to APOs. They shipped to my carrier, can't imagine they won't ship to an actual base lol.

That said, does the BX not have anything you can special order there?

Interestingly I never paid too much attention to their fans. After looking around, they seem to match up really well with the old AP-15s or the new AP-53s. Here's another review. Surprisingly, the B12 eLoops from Noiseblockers were fairly louder than those two.
