ASUS AI SUITE 3 Error, program won't start.

When program is installed the error: "Access violation at adress 04DBAF64 in module 'dip4.dll'. Read of adress FFFFFFF7."

I have tried everything like uninstalling with REVO and running a cleaner from ASUS and re-installing and all such things. The program worked originally but at some point it stopped working and ever since it can't be reinstalled. I run CC Cleaner and no OC. I can enter the BIOS at startup so I guess I don't need AI Suite 3 that much but I liked Fan Control and the OC functions it had and it irritates me that the software wont run.

Why not use the BIOS to control your overclock and fans?
