I feel we're better off with 32 bit for the comp. No need to force those not looking to do hardcore benching to pay for it in order to compete. Though, I will be purchasing it myself.
I haven't found a lot of tweaks for these. I'll need to do some heavy searching I suppose if they're out there.

geekbench will not install on my win xp, home, 32 bit, any fix?

When you run Geekbench on unsupported OS then it actually says you need Win7 to run it. However it works on Vista 32/64 too.
