I would not run that high a voltage 24/7. Save it in bios as a profile under "Tools" or something like that. Personally, I would not run higher than 1.3 for 24/7.
 
I am of the 1.35 'or so' limit for 24/7 (assuming temps are in order). 1.3v is conservative to me. :)

I would surely say nothing over 1.4v daily if you want it to last a couple of years. But at 1.35v you are more likely to upgrade before it degrades or dies.

Being that it's delidded, I would guess that slightly higher core voltage than what one would use on a non-delid could be used, as temperatures will be easier to control.
