Friend of mine told me to look at 1440p 144Hz...But id like to have about 40 inch...and that would cost a fortune!Same as 3 good smaller 1440p 144Hz monitors...

As far as a know a 4K (3,840 x 2,160 resolution) TV or monitor running at 144Hz has not been released yet. The majority of 4K TV/Monitors run at 60Hz. I think the people meant lag, not bottleneck, meaning your TV is slow to respond to your keyboard and mouse commands. There is a review here that gives high praise to your choice of connecting the Philips BDM4065UC to your computer. http://www.pcgamer.com/philips-bdm4065uc-monitor-review/

Sorry i did mistake there...i know 4K monitors or.tv run at 60Hz only.i will edit that. And change it :-D and im not talking about input lag...just about bottleneck...bacause i was reading on the few other forums that if u run 2 high end GPU at 1080p there will be a bottleneck...am i wrong??

Yes and no, it is a waste of two high-end graphics cards to run them at 1080p. You can get similar results (reaching 60 frames per second on Ultra setting) with one mid/high-range card. That is why people are suggesting a higher resolution and/or 144Hz monitors. Not sure bottleneck is the right term, it seems more like "wasting the potential of your graphic cards". That is why I thought you were looking for the next level, the 4K experience. Seems you removed your systems specs from your post, but I believe you mentioned two 290x and 4K will force out the full potential of your graphic cards, yet still give you a satisfactory gaming experience. You can go with a 1440p monitor at 144Hz but they tend to be in the 28-30 inch range. I see nothing wrong with getting a large 4K monitor/TV if that is what you have your eye on.

Make sure the monitor or TV has displayport or HDMI 2.0 that is the only way that a computer can run the 4K monitor at 60Hz. AMD cards do not have HDMI 2.0 so you need to connect with displayport. The Philips BDM4065UC has displayport.

Ok thank U.one more thing.i was reading that some games would not look good on 4K monitor..i mean older games... Like 5 years old games or more... Is that true? And will i have same fps rate on one 4K monitor as on the 3 x 27-29" 2560p x 1440p??can i change resolution from 4K to 2560x1440 when i want to?and will i have same gaming experience on 4K 60Hz as on the 2560x1440 144Hz Monitor?yes i mention 2x R290x Matrix.

Many games are not meant to scale to 4K resolution, their HUD/interface may end up being tiny or barely readable, especially older games that were out prior to that resolution existing.

Monitor size does not impact FPS, only resolution, you can have a 50'' 2560x1440 screen and a 12'' 2560x1440 screen and both would achieve the same results.

If you do the math
3*2560*1440 = 11,059,200 pixels
(4K) - 3840*2160 = 8,294,400 pixels

So, 3 1440p screens has more pixels to drive so you would have higher FPS on a 4K screen than rendering 3 1440p screens.

You can probably change to the lower resolution, but it probably won't look as crisp as it won't be a native resolution unless it is run in a window box in the screen. And no, you would not have the same experience, 144Hz allows you to run with VSync on at 144FPS to avoid screen tearing. 60Hz allows for 60FPS.

I'm still of the opinion that a 1440p screen is the sweet spot still.

Ok thanks.but do U think i would be able to get 50-60fps on 3 x 2560x1440 monitors with my R9 290x Matrix Crossfire?

Maybe.. it depends on the title and settings...

You should create a signature please so we know what hardware you are working with...

Your CPU will bottleneck you in a lot of games, due to PCIe lanes.

PCIe 2.0 and 8x/8x (thanks ATM!) you lose a few % off the top. Then the fact that, as I mentioned in your other thread, you are losing a few more % because of the CPU... you have some performance to gain by going intel on your setup honestly.
