As the title says, I'm consistently scoring lower in just about every benchmark when overclocked. Card is Powercolor r9 290 PCS+. Stock of 1040 core and 1350 mem. I have all safeties turned off, official overclocking limits extended, disabled ULPS, etc. Card is +50mv out of the box. I increase this via MSI AB to +100mv (max) to get the card to 1100 core and same mem clock. Temps on the card never go above 74C and temps on VRM1 only reach 80C after repeated runs, so I don't think I'm throttling. See pics for results.

Never mind! Found that MSI AB didn't have a power limit % slider and had to adjust this via CCC. Got it figured out!
