Any advice on best place to buy a CD full of great quality Animated Clipart ? Maybe there is a dedicated website thatprovides same?

I don't think I've seen "CD" and "Animated clipart" in the same sentence (or even separately..) in a decade. Can't speak from experience, but I imagine a Google search for "Animated clipart library" or similar will yield thousands of results.
