Have a newer Dell laptop and just put latest windows 10 on it. I have the screen set to sleep after 10 minutes, which it does. Problem is I cannot get it
to wake by moving mouse or hit enter key. That always worked before. I have to hold power button to shut down and restart.
Any ideas what it might be stopping it from waking??

If you push the power button (not hold) and the computer does not turn on, something is going wrong with sleeping (i.e. it is crashing or getting stuck).

Have you tried disabling hibernation?

Launch elevated cmd and type:

powercfg /h off

Then restart and check if it works.

Edit: If you run an old bios it can also be the course of the issue and a flash to the newest could help.
Though, try the hibernation first.
