If I buy an EVGA card off someone from eBay is there anyway I can get the remainder of the warranty period on their card if they provide a copy of the original invoice? Or is there another way they can transfer over the warranty if the card hasn't been registered or anything of that sort? Asking here to see if anyone has tried this.

Evga goes by serial number er, not owner and receipt. Please check out their RMA requirements to confirm.

Depends on how old the card and original purchase was. EVGA changed their policy a while back, so most newer stuff should be fine.

if you go to the support section pull down menu on the EVGA site there's a section that you can input the serial # in "Guest RMA" if you aren't the original owner that registered the card that will state how long is left on the warranty. You don't need a receipt or invoice.
