Whitehawk how does that work for you? I'm in desperate need of some paste as I'm almost out.

Is the mx2 good for sub ambient? I don't use any paste that is conductive either.

I've had good results with it, I heard there was a real good review in a magazine and the electronic and computer stores could not keep it on the shelves. This was a few years ago but it's good enough for me.
It's none conductive and does not dry out.

BTW, the big jar is 1 pound (454g) of paste

Arctic MX2 (cheapest in big tube) - my favorite.

Noctua is good to, but expensive.

I'd try it out but it has to be ordered from EU or UK AFIK so might be a bit prohibitive cost wise. But yeah I checked a few of the reviews, it's quite impressive.

Yeah, just like most other pastes, its within a degree or two of things readily available. I'll stick to the missionary/tried and true. :)

Has anyone seen heard of the Grizzly paste. The site is German but supposedly it was developed with der8auer and can knock 6 degrees off your temps. http://www.thermal-grizzly.com/

My local supplier has it so i might give it a try.

I did notice this stuff though

I 'm wondering if for air/water cooling it will reduce the hassle level of changing CPUs frequently v any performance loss. I might give it a try.
