i have a quick question.
I bought an extra 140mm fan that's suppose to give 1000 +/- 200 RPM Air Flow.
it is connected to MOBO using 3 pin and it reads 732 RPM on HWMonitor.
how do i get it up to 1000 +200 RPM instead of 1000 -200rpm i'm getting now?

the only thing you can do is go into bios and disable the fan header the fan is installed on, this will run it at 100% all the time.
I think mr. scott is right.
