XFX 7970 DD BE PROBLEM ON WINDOWS 831 64BIT

Hi guys whats up?? Hope u can help me out.. a week or 2 ago i started to have a problem ( temps up) my southbridge was really hot and my gpu 2.This week I disassembly my gpu and southbrige to swap the TIM. Southbridge is cooler no doubt. I guessed it was heat transfer. Today I notice a weird situation. When i start my pc and go to windows my gpu is using 64% of the capacity. =/. Don´t know why and because of that it fires up to 68C. I have 15.7.1 driver installed. i uninstalled it and install 15.7 again but no difference.. Can anyone help me out? Here a screenshot..

Tried using Display Driver Uninstaller to completely remove the GPU driver before installing?

It was malware Atmin, solved it here.
